Enforcement of Foreign Judgments

• the registration of a foreign Judgment at the High Court in London
• arranging for personal service on the debtor
• advising you on the steps of appropriate enforcement methods

Whilst the chances of recovering your debt following a first letter of action are at some 70%, the chances of recovery after a Judgment has been obtained are substantially diminished. This is a strong indication that the debtor simply does not have the funds or the will to pay. Before we incur any costs in registering a Judgment, we will consider with you, the debtors’ position and carry out checks, to help you avoid “throwing good money after bad”.
